Brothers Printing Solution provides printer setup, installation, troubleshooting, and support services for home and business users. Our services include, but are not limited to, printer hardware setup, network configuration, software installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when requesting our Services. This includes but is not limited to contact information, printer specifications, and description of issues requiring our assistance.
You agree to cooperate with our technicians and provide necessary access to your printer, computers, networks, and other equipment as required for us to provide the Services. This may include providing physical access to your location, login credentials, or remote access to your systems.
If our services require on-site visits, you agree to provide a safe working environment for our technicians. This includes ensuring the area around your printer and related equipment is clean, accessible, and free of hazards.
You represent that you have all necessary licenses and permissions for any software installed on your systems. We may need to install software or drivers as part of our Services, and you authorize us to do so provided that such software is legitimately available for installation.
We will make reasonable efforts to schedule service appointments at mutually convenient times. Appointment times are approximate, and actual arrival times may vary based on previous appointments and unforeseen circumstances.
If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. We reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee for appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice.
If you are not available at the scheduled appointment time and have not notified us in advance, we reserve the right to charge a no-show fee.
Our fees for Services are as specified on our Website or as quoted to you before service delivery. We reserve the right to change our fees at any time, but changes will not affect services already scheduled or in progress.
Payment is due at the time services are rendered unless other arrangements have been made in advance. For business clients with service contracts, payment terms will be as specified in those contracts.
Late payments may be subject to interest charges at the maximum rate permitted by law. You agree to reimburse us for all costs incurred in collecting any late payments, including attorney fees.
We stand behind our work and offer a satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with our Services, please notify us within 7 days of service completion, and we will make reasonable efforts to address your concerns.
Our Services come with a 30-day limited warranty. If the same issue recurs within 30 days of our service, we will diagnose and resolve the issue at no additional charge. This warranty applies only to the specific service performed and does not cover new issues or problems unrelated to our original service.
